If you are happy to book one of these periods, then please proceed with a Booking Request and our team will confirm your booking. Requests to book outside of these periods will unfortunately be denied. Master Room is our high end and luxury bedroom type. It comes with a private/ensuite bathroom for the exclusive use of the occupant. It has a full size bed, study desk, nightstand, 65" Smart TV and a streaming device. Perfect fit for students looking for ultimate privacy and comfort. The private bathroom inside the room gives the feeling of an exclusive living in a studio. Big windows allow an abundance of natural light to enter the room. Neighbourhood/building: Our Downtown Residence is located near Fulton subway station. Find comfort in a luxurious apartment with a gym, rooftop terrace, and concierge. Centrally located, it takes only 15 minutes to arrive at Midtown and Times Square. At Downtown Manhattan, all the options are just steps from your door: trendy eateries, eclectic boutiques, emerging art galleries are all yours to explore. From everyday conveniences to eclectic eating places. Our Residence is ideally and centrally situated, putting the things you want practically outside your door. How to rent this place
If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:

- Add your supporting documents and payment details to pre-authorize a potential payment.
- If the landlord accepts your rental application, we’ll collect payment to confirm your stay. If they don’t, your payment will be automatically canceled.
At HousingAnywhere, in-person viewings are not supported — so everyone has an equal chance to rent, no matter where you are in the world. To help you make an informed decision, we recommend:

Tenant Protection is our service to help you rent with peace of mind. We hold all payments you make through our platform before move-in, including the first month's rent and any deposit. After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
